Seven Seas Beach Retreat Studio Flat

Our lovely guest studio flat is a newly renovated, private entrance ground floor ensuite space, which sleeps 2. Exclusive off street parking included. Fully fitted brand new kitchen, Tea & coffee making facilities, induction hob, full size fridge with freezer space, toaster. The lovely Minnis Bay is about 5 mins walk from here where there is a pub. The train station is 5 mins walk in the other direction. Dreamland is only 2 stops on the train. Please note we don't allow charging of vehicles.

Birchington chalet is 5 minutes walk to the sea or the railway station and the village centre, where you will find all amenities . You’ll love our chalet, it is comfortable airy, has a large walk in shower,a self contained kitchen and secure parking. It is a short walk to Minnis Bay where you can enjoy beach life, then good food and wine while you watch the stunning sunset at The Minnis. Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.

It's a few miles away from Margate and Broadstairs with their stunning beaches and a couple of minutes walk to the high street of Birchington with a vast range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Rest assured Nick holds a Level Three qualification in pool plant operation so we know to make sure the pool is always clean and healthy.
