This new, efficient tiny house is located on Newbury Neck in between Morgan bay and Union river bay. Queen bed, kitchen, bathroom, washer & dryer. Has everything you need and nothing more. Perfect for a solo stay or for a couple. Close to Acadia National Park, Blue Hill, and quiet beaches. Jack is a licensed boat Captain through the U.S. Coast Guard and offers a discounted sail charter to our guests aboard our 36 ft. Catalina, Luna. Or, hop the lobster boat, Otter, to explore the local islands.

Welcome to the Quiet side of Mount Desert Island, With the same easy access to all of the wonders Acadia National Park has to offer. Why not stay on the less commercialized and more peaceful side of the island. This cozy small guest cabin is fully separate from the Main House. It has a private bathroom, kitchenette/dining area, and ample parking space. The main house is also going to be rented on Airbnb starting on 5/15/2025, the homeowner will still be available for any questions or help!

The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee and tea everyday, all day! This recently renovated private apartment is 20 min. to Bangor, 50 min. to Acadia National Park, 25 min. to Bucksport (Fort Knox), and 50 min. to Castine.
