For first we will go for a short walk toghether to let ours guests admire the landscape and understand a little bit more about our area. than, In the panoramic room offering sweeping views of the surrounding area, we organise tastings of our wines and our olive oil. This experience allows you to taste the products, but also to discover the history and tradition of our local wines and olive oil, through an in-depth explanation of the region, as well as the various phases of production. During the tasting, we will try to help you understand how we work and share the history of our farm. Other things to note: Stay healty is in this moment the most important thing, be sure that we will do our best to sanify all area , please communicate intolerances and vegetarian people when the reservation is made we do prepare all food appositly for your group. We don't provide any kind of transport. To reach the farm the best option is by car, taxi or driver. For the bravest it's possible by bike.

We will start the cooking class with a glass of local wine :-) In the kitchen of our farmhouse, we will cook together authentic&traditional tuscan recepies. Join us for the best easy-going walk through the beautiful historic centre of Lucca. The city is very famous for its amazing ring walls and medieval architecture but also for being the city of great musicians born here. Music will be often performed in town with many concerts, street artists and different events and it will accompany us during our fun experience. In our pre-dinner time we usually go out for our "Aperitivo" that is essential to appreciate the town, this is when we can relax, meet old and new friends, drink a good glass of wine and absolutely take a bite of our traditional food. We will experience together our Italian way to have an "aperitivo", by stopping in two different bars located in hidden spots where usually only locals meet. This is a very famous tradition in Lucca and every traveller should know it to really understand our lifestyle. We will drink local wine or beer, typical food while we will learn about history and tradition too. Other things to note We will have two different drinks combined with food, don' t eat too much before the tour

The experience starts with a 15/20 minute tour of our cellar in the hills of Lucca. Guests will be guided through the production stages and explained the procedure of our wine preparation. Depending on the time of year, you may even see our creation process in action! Afterwards, the real fun begins:D Guests will be accommodated on the terrace where they can taste our wines and olive oil (all included in the cost of the experience). Throughout your tasting, we will explain the organoleptic characteristics of the various wines and answer any questions you may have. The duration of the entire experience is around 1.5 hours. Learn how to make homemade pasta easily and successfully. We will meet in Florence at our cooking school located in the historic center, in front of the Arno river. We are a team of professionals chefs, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique lesson. We will teach the secrets how to make RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE or SPAGHETTI & TORTELLI in different shape. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. After the preparation, we will cook together the pasta with the relatives sauces. Each participant will prepare their own pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it, then with the rest of the group like an italian family. The experience lasts about 3 hours, It will also be an opportunity to socialize with other travelers and with your host in an Italian atmosphere. During the meal will be served delicious organic Tuscan wine, that we produce on our farm called "Dalle Nostre Mani”, wines produced with natural methods. Ecco la versione 'basic' del tour classico del centro storico di Lucca! Con me o con una delle mie colleghe (tutte guide abilitate) potrete guardare la città in un modo nuovo e divertente. Sarete in compagnia di altri viaggiatori e pagherete una tariffa eccezionale e sostenibile (i ragazzi sotto i 14 anni, accompagnati da almeno un adulto, sono nostri ospiti, non pagano!) Tutti i sabato e domenica appuntamento alle 10,50 presso la statua di Piazza San Michele. Una volta formato il gruppo la guida vi condurrà per il centro storico svelando i segreti e le meraviglie. L'itinerario dura circa 1 ora e 40 minuti e termina al Duomo (ingresso escluso) e potrete decidere sul momento di visitarlo con la guida o per conto vostro (il biglietto costa 3 euro a persona, la visita dura 20 minuti). Altre cose da tenere a mente Quest'anno ci sarà 1 guida in italiano e 1 guida in inglese per rendere ancora migliore la vostra esperienza!

Viaggio da Lucca a Pisa alla scoperta di Castelli , panorami e tracce della presenza Romana fino alla torre piu' famosa al mondo.Dopo aver noleggiato la bici (NON COMPRESA NEL COSTO DELL'ESCURSIONE) partiamo da porta S.Maria a Lucca e attraverso piste ciclabili e campagna arriviamo al castello di Nozzano ,di cui si hanno notizie sin dal IX secolo, eretto per difendersi dalla attacco dei rivali Pisani. Dopo circa 7km e fatta una leggera salita possiamo godere del panorama del lago di Massaciuccoli con lo sfondo del mar Tirreno. In fondo alla discesa ci fermiamo alla “Massaciuccoli romana” che si divide in due complessi principali: in alto sulla collina i resti monumentali della villa dell'otium con le terme; in basso coperto da strutture in vetro i resti della “Villa” .Dopo che ci siamo ristorati ci avviamo verso il clou dell'escursione ,la torre di Pisa e la Piazza dei Miracoli. A mano a mano che ci avviciniamo la vediamo in distanza ma soltanto quando varchiamo Porta Nuova sul lato ovest possiamo godere della vista della Cattedrale, il Battistero, il Campo Santo e la Torre. Fatte le foto di rito e dopo aver pedalato per 30 km il nostro tour in bicicletta e' finito. Per tornare a Lucca prendiamo il Treno (BIGLIETTO NON COMPRESO NEL COSTO DELL'ESCURSIONE) o in 1 ora torniamo a Lucca in bicicletta (25 KM).

Viaggio alla scoperta della natura e del territorio della Toscana .Cicloescursione tramite strade bianche , sentieri , mulattiere e tratti di asfalto. Si parte dal punto di noleggio e andiamo a scoprire il padule di Fucecchio e la flora e la Fauna che lo abitano dove, specialmente all'imbrunire, vivremo una esperienza unica a contatto con la natura e dove il solo rumore che sentiremo sarà quello del vento .Pedaliamo per il borgo di Montecarlo dominato dal suo Castello con la sua bellissima vista , poi la quercia delle streghe da dove vediamo il paese di Pinocchio, Collodi. Questo percorso che andiamo a fare ci permette di conoscere questo angolo di Toscana dove tra storia , natura e buon cibo non ci sono eguali e passeremo da strade che solo chi vive qui conosce fuori dal turismo di massa. .Forniro assistenza per la prenotazione della bicicletta ( non compresa nel costo dell' escursione). Ci sono varie tipologie di MTB, sia muscolare che a pedalata assistita. Scegli la bici ,se non allenati consiglio sempre la bici elettrica per godersi appieno il tour ,che vuoi e la troverai al punto di partenza.
