I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma. We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade tagliatelle accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine and finally the amazing tiramisù. I will explain to you how much effort and patience you need to make oil and wine produce from olives and grapes. I am pleased to share my knowledge, passion and tradition that extends through my family story. At farm also you can enjoy in presence of domestic animals as chickens, rabbits, cats and dogs. Collect chicken eggs or feed the rabbits to fell as a real farmer. Then we go to the tavern where I'll explain how the remains of grapes produce schnapps. You will have the opportunity to see the old tools for farming, old wooden wine barrels, old style fireplace, brick oven and etc. After that all we need is to enjoy in homemade products such as vine, schnapps, smoked meat, olive oil, cheese and breathtaking views in intimate small group in complete privacy. We created this tour to show a very unique place for those who are ready to make efforts off the beaten track! We will visit a natural labyrinth system – a 3 dimensional playground, where we will often have to clamber up steep walls and creep through narrow passages. Prepare yourself for something active! - We will meet up near the cave (30-45 minutes from the city by bus, still in the residential Budapest) - You can change your clothes at the changing room, and we will give you the necessary equipment. - We will spend 2,5-3 hours under the ground. We will discover a small part of a 30 km long multi-level labyrinth system. As the cave is practically a maze with a network of passages, we can always find the path which fits your level of fitness. In means that we can do a relatively easy tour (still challenging), or an „adrenaline-pumping” tour - it’s up to you! - The tour is very interactive with a friendly atmosphere and English-speaking expert hosts. - It’s a perfect occasion to meet new people and maybe make new frindships - as there will be situations where cooperation makes your way easier. - After the tour you can chill at the moody beer terrace of the cave. Afterwards, we'll sail to open sea, drinks and light snacks will be served while taking in the panoramic city views. For the adventurous, there's the chance to take a refreshing swim in the open sea. Before heading back to port, we'll capture the moment with a vintage Polaroid camera and we'll hand you the physical copy. Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and Blu Grotto (tickets to enter not included in the price and the entrance is due to the sea conditions or other events ). You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. You have free time to visit Capri town, about 4 hours(there is an extra cost of 10€pp to land in capri and in Sorrento).The captain will assist you during the discovery of the island, providing you all the information you need to know more about the beauties of Capri. There will be stops to swim and snorkel and to enjoy a drink on board. At the end of the tour you will return to the starting point.

OUR GOAL IS FOR YOU TO HAVE AN EXCELLENT SURFING EXPERIENCE, whether it's your first time trying surfing or you are trying to advance your skills. We'll get suited up in the wetsuits I provide, grab the surfboards and head down to the sand. This experience is for Small Groups (MAXIMUM 8 PARTICIPANTS per COACH) from total beginners surfers. For the first 15 minutes we’ll be training on the beach, then the rest of the classe with an instructor in the ocean. Other things to note A container to change clothes (NOT IN THE STREET) and safe space to store your belongings (NOT IN A CAR). At the end of the lesson you have access to an outdoor shower. In this experience, you’ll be; 1. Hands on bottle-feeding our adorable newborn lambs (and getting cuddles of course!) 2. Learning about the inner workings of a sheep farm with local farmers 3. Bonus - visit alpacas and 15+ hens, feeding them too if you want. This is a very fun, wholesome experience, yet informational & interesting! Suitable for everyone, young and old. We go at your pace. Farmers Sinead and her family will give you an authentic insight into the life of a local farmer. You'll see behind the scenes & learn how much care and work is involved in running a busy family farm. The meeting point is 10 minutes’ drive from Waterville. Just under an hour from Killarney!
