Six minutes to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, eight minutes to Albany State University and 20 minutes to Albany Marine Corps Logistics Base. Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). There are a few restaurants nearby, a country store and a dollar general and gas stations. We are about 20 mins from I75 and larger stores like Walmart.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home! This 3 bedroom two bath house has newly renovated bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated office space, quaint sitting area to read or play card games, and several items that also make it family friendly!
