In this online version of our popular experience, All About Olive Oil and Wine, you’ll join me on a tour of the olive oil orchard that’s been in my family for 14 generations.

As you virtually visit our family farm hidden on the slopes of a lush mountain, you’ll uncover our agricultural secrets and learn how top-quality olive oil is produced and what makes it so special. We’ll even do a tasting with the olive oil you already have in your home!

Our family has owned this property since 1537 so my life feels like a small ethnographic museum, and I’d love for you to be a part of it. See what makes up farm life as I show you plows, vessels, and other tools that are over a hundred years old. Come roam our gardens, explore the chicken coop, and more.

Excellent seminar, it was way beyond my expectation. If you are a foodie and want to know about your olive oil - this is for you! Marin was very passionate & incredibly knowledgeable about olive oil. He will teach you all the basic information about harvest & production, and how to distinguish premium quality olive oil by doing a tasting together over the screen. After this 90min experience, you will surely become more picky about how you choose & use your olive oil ;)
